Good value for money
The adhesive is very strong, maybe too strong if you accidentally touch it. However, it does exactly what it promises for fly control in my kitchen.

A: Depending on the level of insect activity, a single sheet can remain effective for 2 to 4 weeks. Replace it once the adhesive surface is mostly covered or loses its stickiness.

A: Carefully roll the strip onto itself starting from the top to trap the insects inside, then wrap it in a piece of newspaper or a bag before placing it in your regular trash bin.
