Beautiful but heavy

Great drainage for Clivia
Clivias hate wet feet, and this pot drains perfectly. The unglazed finish allows the soil to breathe, preventing root rot. Highly recommended!

You can tell this is genuine Zisha clay. The texture is smooth yet rustic, and the color deepens nicely after watering. A great addition to my bonsai setup.

A: While Zisha clay is durable, we recommend bringing this pot indoors during freezing temperatures to prevent potential cracking from ice expansion.
Q: How do I clean white mineral deposits on the outside?
A: Simply scrub gently with a soft brush and water. Avoid using soap or detergents, as the clay can absorb residues that might harm your plants.
Q: Can I paint or glaze this pot myself?
A: Since Zisha clay is prized for its natural unglazed finish and breathability, we do not recommend painting or glazing it as this may block the pores.
Q: What is the diameter of the drainage hole?
A: The drainage hole is approximately 0.6 inches in diameter and comes pre-fitted with a fine mesh screen to keep soil in while allowing water out.
Q: Does this pot come with a saucer?
A: No, this pot does not include a saucer. However, due to the porous nature of Zisha clay, we recommend using a separate tray to catch excess water.
