Easy to store and transport
The fact that it collapses down so small is a game changer. It fits right in the glove box. My daughter finds the pistol grip very comfortable to hold.

Perfect first rod for my son!

Great value, sturdy build
For the price, this is an excellent starter kit. The reel spins smoothly, and the rod feels surprisingly durable. I deducted one star because the instructions could be clearer for beginners.

Good quality for kids
Bought this for my nephew's birthday. He was able to set it up without help. The line tension is adjustable which is nice for learning. Seems like it will last a few seasons.

Survived a rough day at the beach
We took this to the sea shore and it handled the salt water and sand well. Just remember to rinse it off afterwards. The guides are solid and didn't tangle once.

A: To collapse the rod, start from the tip and gently push each section into the next larger one while ensuring the guides are aligned. Do not force it if you feel resistance.
Q: Does the reel come pre-spooled with fishing line?
A: Yes, the spinning reel comes pre-spooled with 50 meters of 0.20mm monofilament line, so it is ready to use right out of the box.
Q: What is the maximum weight of the lure this rod can handle?
A: This rod is optimized for lures weighing between 5 grams and 20 grams. Using heavier lures may damage the tip or affect casting performance.
