Perfect for heavy cover fishing
This rod is an absolute beast. I used it to pull large bass out of thick lily pads and submerged timber without any issues. The extra hard power gives you the leverage you need when fighting big fish in heavy cover.

Best upgrade I've made this year

Good rod, handle could be better
The rod itself performs well for heavy-duty fishing, but I found the EVA handle a bit slippery when my hands were wet. I might wrap it with grip tape soon. Otherwise, it handles heavy lines well.

Great sensitivity but stiff
The carbon fiber construction makes it incredibly sensitive; I could feel every tick of the lure. Just be aware that it is very stiff, so it's not ideal for smaller lures. Stick to heavy jigs and swimbaits.
