Compact and effective
Small footprint makes it easy to fit into tight enclosures. The potentiometer is a bit sensitive, so take your time adjusting the voltage. Overall a great little board.

Good quality, runs slightly warm
The build quality is solid and the soldering points are clean. It does get a bit warm when pushing close to 2A, so I added a small heatsink. Otherwise, excellent performance.

Exceeded expectations
I was skeptical about the low price, but this regulator performs just as well as branded versions I've used before. Stable output even with noisy input sources.
Q: Does this come with headers pre-soldered?
A: No, the module is shipped without headers to allow flexibility in mounting. You will need to solder your own pins or wires based on your project needs.
Q: Can this module step up voltage or only step down?
A: This is a buck converter module, meaning it can only step down voltage. The input voltage must be higher than the desired output voltage.
Q: Is there an LED indicator on the board?
A: Yes, there is a blue power LED that lights up when the module receives input power, helping you verify connections quickly.
Q: Can I connect this directly to a 12V battery?
A: Yes, as long as the battery voltage stays within the 4.0V to 35V input range, it is safe to connect directly. Ensure polarity is correct.
Q: What is the minimum difference required between input and output voltage?
A: For optimal performance, we recommend keeping the input voltage at least 1.5V to 2V higher than the target output voltage.
