Perfect for IoT Audio Projects
This board is exactly what I needed for my smart speaker prototype. The ES8388 codec provides clear audio output, and the Wi-Fi connection is stable. Setup with ESP-IDF was straightforward.

Low latency and high fidelity
I tested this for a wireless intercom system. The latency over Wi-Fi is impressively low, and the sound quality through the headphone jack is crisp. No static or interference detected.

Good learning tool

Excellent value for money
Compared to other development boards, this offers incredible features for the price. The built-in microphone array works great for voice recognition experiments. Highly recommended for students.

Reliable for industrial prototyping
We used several of these for a proof-of-concept in our factory monitoring system. They have been running continuously for weeks without crashing. The GPIO headers are robust.

Great hardware, documentation could be better
The build quality is solid and the dual-core processor handles audio streaming well. I deducted one star because some pinout diagrams in the manual were slightly unclear, but community forums helped.

A: The ES8388 codec on this board supports sampling rates up to 96kHz with 24-bit resolution.

A: No, this package includes only the development board. Enclosures must be purchased separately or 3D printed using available STL files from the community.
