Best bang for your buck
Bought this to replace an older Raspberry Pi setup for a specific real-time task. The deterministic behavior of the RT-Linux patch on this board is superior for our needs. The USB camera integration worked out of the box with standard V4L2 drivers.

Great value but Wi-Fi setup took time
Overall a solid development board for the price. The i.MX6ULL chip handles multitasking well for an entry-level ARM processor. I had some minor issues configuring the Wi-Fi drivers initially, but the community forums helped me resolve it quickly.

Robust for prototyping
We purchased five units for rapid prototyping of a control panel interface. The build quality is surprising for the cost, and the capacitive touch works reliably even with light industrial gloves. Stable performance over continuous 48-hour testing.

Perfect for learning embedded Linux
This board is exactly what I needed to dive deeper into driver development. The documentation provided by Wei Dongshan is comprehensive, and the hardware boots up instantly. The touchscreen response is crisp, and setting up the camera module was straightforward.

Good hardware, decent docs
The hardware layout is logical and easy to navigate. Compilation times are reasonable for cross-compiling kernels. The only downside is that some advanced peripheral examples in the documentation are a bit sparse, requiring extra research.

Excellent educational tool
Used this for my university final year project on IoT gateways. The exposed GPIO pins made interfacing with sensors very easy. The pre-installed Linux image saved me days of configuration time. Highly recommended for students.
Q: What is the maximum resolution supported by the MIPI-CSI camera interface?
A: The IMX6ULL processor supports up to 5MP resolution via the MIPI-CSI interface. We recommend using compatible modules listed in our wiki for guaranteed driver compatibility.
Q: Does this board come with a power adapter included in the box?
A: Yes, the package includes a 5V/2A power adapter with a compatible connector for the barrel jack, as well as a USB-C cable for alternative power options.
Q: Can I run Android on this i.MX6ULL board instead of Linux?
A: While the hardware technically supports Android, this specific flagship model is optimized and officially supported for Embedded Linux distributions like Ubuntu and Buildroot. Android images are not provided by default.
Q: How do I access the GPIO pins if I don't have jumper wires?
A: The board features standard 2.54mm pitch headers. If you lack jumper wires, you can use a breadboard with male-to-female connectors or purchase our optional expansion shield which breaks out all pins to screw terminals.
Q: Is there a JTAG header available for low-level debugging?
