Perfect for AIoT Prototyping

Camera integration is seamless
The DVP interface works great with the OV2640 module. We are doing basic object detection, and the S3 chip handles the processing speed well. The display refresh rate is smooth enough for real-time feedback.

Great hardware, documentation could be better
The build quality is excellent and the rounded corner display looks very modern. I had a slight struggle finding the specific pinout map for the LCD backlight initially, but once configured, it works perfectly with ESP-IDF.

Solid performance for HMI applications
We are using these for small industrial control panels. The touch response is good, and the Wi-Fi range is sufficient for our factory floor tests. Only minor issue is the header spacing which requires careful breadboard planning.

Easy to get started with MicroPython
