Great value but gets warm
For the price, this is an excellent driver module. It handled my 6V motor without issues. Just note that it does get slightly warm when running at higher currents for extended periods, so ensure good airflow in your enclosure.

Excellent build quality
The PCB looks professional with clean soldering. The screw terminals hold the wires securely. I've used it in a vibrating motor application and it handles the load perfectly.

Easy to integrate
Integration was straightforward. The library examples found online for the L9110S worked immediately after connecting the pins. No soldering required if you use jumper wires with headers.

Good for low power motors
Works well for motors drawing under 800mA. I tried pushing it with a larger motor and it shut down due to thermal protection, which is actually a good safety feature. Stick to the specs and it's great.

Compact and reliable
I bought three of these for a school project involving ESP32 microcontrollers. They are compact enough to fit on small breadboards and have been 100% reliable during testing. Highly recommended for beginners.

Perfect for small robotics projects
This L9110S module works flawlessly with my Arduino Uno. I used it to control a small DC motor for a line-following robot, and the speed control via PWM is very smooth. The pinout is clearly labeled, making wiring a breeze.

A: The module supports a motor supply voltage range of 2.5V to 12V DC. Please do not exceed 12V to avoid damaging the chip.
Q: Can this module drive two motors simultaneously?
A: No, this is a single-channel module designed to drive one DC motor or one stepper motor coil pair. For two motors, you would need two of these modules or a dual-channel driver like the L298N.
Q: Is this compatible with 3.3V logic systems like ESP32?
A: Yes, the L9110S operates comfortably with 3.3V TTL logic levels, making it fully compatible with ESP32, ESP8266, and 3.3V Arduino boards.
