Good starter kit with rich peripherals
The inclusion of buttons, LEDs, and a buzzer makes it easy to test code immediately without breadboarding. The only downside is that the USB cable included feels a bit flimsy, but the board itself is top-notch.

Robust and reliable
I've been using this board to prototype motor control algorithms. The PWM outputs are clean, and the ADC readings are stable. It handles 3.3V logic perfectly and interfaces well with my external sensors.

Perfect for beginners entering the ARM world
This kit is exactly what I needed to transition from Arduino to STM32. The documentation is clear, and the pre-loaded examples work flawlessly out of the box. The onboard OLED screen is a nice touch for visualizing data without needing extra wiring.

Great value, minor pin labeling confusion
Overall an excellent board for the price. The build quality is solid, and the STM32F103C8T6 runs smoothly at 72MHz. I deducted one star because some of the pin labels on the silkscreen are slightly hard to read under low light, but once mapped, it works perfectly.

Excellent learning resource
Used this for my university embedded systems course. The 7-day curriculum structure mentioned in the guide really helps pace the learning process. Setting up the toolchain was straightforward with STM32CubeIDE.

Solid foundation for industrial prototypes
We used several of these for initial proof-of-concept testing before moving to custom PCBs. The consistency between boards is impressive, and the ARM Cortex-M3 core provides enough power for our basic control loops.
Q: Can I power this board with a 9V battery?
A: Yes, you can connect a 9V battery to the VIN pin, provided it is within the acceptable input voltage range. The onboard regulator will step it down to the required 3.3V for the MCU.
Q: What debugger is recommended for this specific kit?
A: The board supports both SWD and JTAG interfaces. We recommend using an ST-Link V2 or V3 debugger for the best compatibility and ease of use with STM32CubeIDE and Keil.
Q: Does this board support programming via the Arduino IDE?
