Great memory options
I specifically needed the N16R8 version for a project involving image processing and local storage. The 16MB flash and 8MB PSRAM handle everything smoothly without running out of space. Compilation times are quick, and stability has been rock solid.

Reliable for long-term deployment

Solid board, minor learning curve
Excellent hardware quality. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that beginners might find the dual-core architecture slightly confusing at first compared to standard Arduino boards. However, once you get the hang of it, the performance is unbeatable for the price.

Perfect upgrade for IoT projects
The ESP32-S3 is a massive improvement over the older ESP32 models. The native USB support makes flashing code incredibly fast, and the UNO form factor means all my existing shields fit perfectly. Highly recommended for anyone moving from Arduino to WiFi-enabled projects.

Ideal for education

Best value S3 board
I've tested several ESP32-S3 boards, and this UNO-style version offers the best balance of usability and performance. The pin labeling is clear, the USB-C port is durable, and the power regulation handles motor drivers well without overheating.
Q: Does this board support 5V logic levels directly on the GPIO pins?
A: No, the ESP32-S3 operates at 3.3V logic levels. While the VIN pin accepts 5V input for power, applying 5V directly to GPIO pins may damage the microcontroller. Please use level shifters if interfacing with 5V sensors or modules.
Q: Are there example codes available for getting started with Wi-Fi?
