Great hardware, minor documentation gaps
The build quality is excellent and the pinout matches the Pico form factor well. However, the specific pin mapping for the camera module could be clearer in the wiki. Once figured out, the video stream quality is impressive.

Robust for factory floor use

Perfect for IoT Camera Projects

Excellent camera performance
The image quality from the connected OV5640 sensor is sharp. The ESP32-S3 handles the image processing surprisingly well. Love that it fits right into my existing Pico-based enclosures.

Good value for learning
As a beginner, I found this board easy to program with Arduino IDE. The SD card slot is a nice bonus for logging data. Only giving 4 stars because the camera connector feels a bit delicate.

Reliable Ethernet connectivity
I've tried several ESP32 boards with Ethernet, but this one offers the best stability. The PoE injection works great with my standard switch. Highly recommended for industrial monitoring applications where Wi-Fi is unreliable.
