Ideal for academic research

Good value for money
Compared to building an LLC converter from scratch, this evaluation board saves a lot of component sourcing time. The only downside is that the fan can be a bit noisy at full load, but that's expected for this form factor.

Great hardware, steep learning curve
The build quality is solid and the components are high-grade. However, if you are new to DSP programming, be prepared to spend some time reading the manual. Once configured, the efficiency is impressive.

Perfect for prototyping

Excellent tool for learning LLC topology
This board is fantastic for understanding digital control in resonant converters. The documentation is clear, and the open-source code examples helped me get started immediately. Highly recommended for university labs or personal projects.
Q: What software is required to monitor the real-time parameters?
A: We provide a proprietary GUI tool compatible with Windows 10/11 and Linux. It connects via the onboard USB-to-UART bridge to display voltage, current, frequency, and temperature graphs in real-time.
Q: Is the source code for the DSP controller included with the board?
A: Yes, the board comes with a USB drive containing commented C source code, compiler project files, and a user manual to help you modify the control algorithms.
Q: Can this board handle a 48V DC output directly?
A: The board is designed for flexible configuration. While the default demo firmware targets 12V/24V, you can easily reconfigure the feedback network and update the firmware parameters to support 48V output.
Q: Does it come with a heatsink and cooling fan pre-installed?
A: Yes, the main switching MOSFETs and rectifier diodes are mounted on a pre-installed aluminum heatsink with an active cooling fan. Additional mounting holes are available for external heat sinking if needed.
Q: Is there a warranty provided for this evaluation board?
A: Yes, all our development boards come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Damage caused by incorrect wiring or exceeding voltage limits is not covered.
