Good hardware, needs clear calibration instructions
The sensors work well once calibrated. The temperature and humidity readings are accurate compared to my standalone meter. I deducted one star because the manual could be more detailed on how to interpret the psychological reaction data.

Fun learning experience
As someone new to Arduino, this was a bit challenging but very rewarding. The community support helped me get the graphing software working. It's fascinating to see your own pulse data on the screen.
