Best desk accessory I've bought
I was skeptical about buying a heated desk mat, but now I can't imagine working without it. The temperature control is intuitive, and the non-slip bottom keeps it firmly in place.

Good value for money
Does exactly what it says. It takes about 30 seconds to feel the warmth. The cord is long enough to reach my PC tower easily. Took off one star because the LED light is a bit bright at night.

Excellent build quality
The surface is smooth for mouse movement but provides enough grip for writing. The heating elements seem evenly distributed with no hot spots. Very happy with this purchase.

No more cold hands!
I work from home in a drafty room, and this heated mat makes working so much more enjoyable. The auto shut-off gives me peace of mind if I forget to turn it off. Highly recommend!

Great size, wish it got slightly hotter
The extra-large size covers my entire desk setup perfectly. The material feels high-quality and easy to clean. My only minor complaint is that on the highest setting, I wish it was just a few degrees warmer, but it's still very comfortable.

Perfect for cold office mornings
My hands are always freezing in the winter, and this pad has been a lifesaver. The dual-zone feature is great because I can keep my mouse hand warm while typing with the other. Heats up very quickly.
Q: Is the surface waterproof if I spill my coffee?
A: Yes, the top layer is made of waterproof PU leather. Minor spills can be wiped away easily with a damp cloth. However, please avoid submerging the pad or letting liquid seep into the controller unit.
Q: How do the two heating zones work independently?
A: The inline controller allows you to select which zone to activate (Left, Right, or Both) and set the temperature for each side individually. This is perfect if only one hand feels cold or if someone else is sharing the desk.
Q: Can I use this pad while writing with a pen or just for the mouse?
A: You can absolutely use it for both! The extra-large surface area is designed to accommodate your keyboard, mouse, and even provide space for writing documents by hand while keeping your wrists warm.
Q: Is it safe to leave on overnight?
A: While the pad features an automatic shut-off timer after 4 hours for safety, we generally recommend turning it off when not in use or before going to sleep to conserve energy and ensure maximum safety.
Q: Does this come with a power adapter?
A: The package includes the USB cable, but it does not include a wall power adapter. You can plug it into any standard USB port on your computer or use your own 5V/2A USB wall adapter for optimal heating performance.
