Great quality, slight smell at first
The build quality is excellent and the surface is very smooth for mouse movement. There was a faint new material smell when I first unboxed it, but it disappeared after a day of airing out. The heating function works exactly as described.

Good value for the size
For the price, you get a huge surface area that heats evenly. I use it primarily as a hand warmer while typing, and it works wonderfully. The only minor issue is that the power brick is a bit large, but it's manageable.
Q: Is the surface easy to clean if I spill water or coffee?
A: Absolutely. The surface is made of waterproof PU leather. You can simply wipe away spills with a damp cloth. Please ensure the control unit and USB connector do not get submerged in water.
Q: Can I adjust the temperature in single-degree increments?
A: The temperature can be adjusted in 5-degree increments (Celsius or Fahrenheit depending on your setting) via the touch buttons. This allows for precise control to find your perfect comfort level.
Q: How long does it take to reach the maximum temperature?
A: The pad typically reaches its set temperature within 3 to 5 minutes depending on the ambient room temperature. The LED display will show the current real-time temperature as it rises.
Q: Can I use this pad with a mechanical keyboard on top of it?
A: Yes, the pad is designed to withstand the weight of keyboards and monitors. However, for optimal mouse tracking performance, we recommend placing the keyboard directly on the desk and using the pad primarily for your mouse and wrist rest area.
