Safe and easy to use
The setup was incredibly simple. Plug it in, wait a minute, and start drawing. My son made a small tower within ten minutes of opening the box. The fact that the tip doesn't get dangerously hot is a huge plus.

Great educational toy
We use this in our elementary classroom for art projects. It's durable enough to handle daily use by multiple students. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the filament loads can run out quickly when kids get excited, but that's expected.

Kids love it, minor clog issue
My twins enjoy making jewelry and figurines with this. We did experience a slight clog once when we turned it off without retracting the filament, but following the instructions fixed it immediately. Overall a great purchase.

Perfect first 3D pen for my daughter
I bought this for my 7-year-old's birthday and she absolutely loves it. The low-temperature feature gives me peace of mind since she doesn't have to worry about burning her fingers. The colors are vibrant and the pen is very lightweight for small hands.

Best Children's Day gift
Bought this for Children's Day and it was a hit. The stereoscopic drawing capability really sparks their imagination. It's much better than screen time, and they are learning spatial awareness while having fun.

Excellent value for the price
Comes with a good variety of filament colors which lasted us several weekends of crafting. The pen feels sturdy and well-made. Highly recommend for any parent looking for a creative gift.
Q: Does this pen work with PLA filament or only PCL?
A: This pen is primarily designed for low-temperature PCL filament for safety, but it can also work with PLA filament if you allow it to warm up slightly longer. However, for young children, we strongly recommend sticking to the included PCL filaments.
Q: How long does it take for the pen to cool down after use?
A: Because this is a low-temperature model, it cools down relatively quickly. Typically, the tip is safe to touch within 2 to 3 minutes after unplugging. Always supervise children during the cooling process.
Q: Is a power adapter included in the box?
A: No, a power adapter is not included. The pen comes with a USB cable that can be plugged into any standard USB port, such as a computer, laptop, or a generic 5V USB wall charger you may already have at home.
Q: What should I do if the filament gets stuck inside?
A: If the filament gets stuck, please ensure the pen is heated up again. Once warm, try pressing the feed button to push it through or gently pull it out from the back. Avoid forcing it while the pen is cold to prevent damage.
Q: Can I buy extra filament separately if we run out?
A: Yes, you can purchase additional 1.75mm PCL or PLA filaments separately. Any standard 1.75mm filament compatible with low-temp pens will work perfectly with the Deli 3D Printing Pen.
