Great vibration damping
The elastic spider insert does a fantastic job of dampening vibrations. My machine runs much smoother now compared to the rigid coupling I used before.

High precision as advertised
Installed this on a high-speed application and noticed zero backlash. The machining tolerance is clearly very tight. Highly recommended for precision work.

Solid construction
Very sturdy aluminum alloy. It handled the torque of my servo motor without any issues. Only minor point is that the screws could be slightly longer.

Solved my alignment issues
I had slight misalignment in my setup, and this flexible coupling absorbed it perfectly without wearing out quickly. Very happy with this purchase.
Q: Can I use this with a shaft that does not have a keyway?
A: This specific model is designed with a keyway for high-torque applications. If your shaft lacks a keyway, we recommend our clamp-style spider couplings instead.
Q: What is the maximum RPM this coupling can handle safely?
A: While dependent on the specific size, our standard heavy-duty models are rated for up to 4000 RPM. Please check the specific datasheet for your bore size.
Q: Do you offer different bore sizes for this specific model?
A: Absolutely. We stock this model in various bore combinations to fit different motor and lead screw shafts. Please select your required sizes from the dropdown menu.
Q: Is the material resistant to oils and coolants commonly found in workshops?
A: Yes, the anodized aluminum alloy and the nitrile rubber spider insert offer good resistance to common industrial oils and coolants.
Q: Does this coupling come with the elastic spider insert included?
A: Yes, the package includes the aluminum hubs and the pre-installed elastic spider insert ready for use.
