Sensitivity tricky
Had to adjust the screw multiple times. It picks up a lot of ambient noise if not calibrated carefully. Works okay once configured.

Perfect for Clap Switch
Very responsive module. I used it to build a clap-activated LED strip for my desk. The sensitivity adjustment works well to filter out background noise.
Q: How do I wire this to a microcontroller?
A: Connect VCC to 5V, GND to Ground, and DO (Digital Output) to any digital input pin on your board.
Q: Does this come with a code library?
A: No library is included. It functions as a standard digital or analog input device, so basic IO code is sufficient.
Q: Is this module weatherproof for outdoor use?
A: No, the PCB and components are not sealed. It should be used indoors or in a protected enclosure.
Q: Can this detect specific voice commands?
A: No, this module detects sound intensity levels only. It cannot process specific voice patterns or commands.
Q: What is the maximum voltage this module can handle?
A: We recommend operating between 3.3V and 5V DC. Exceeding 5V may damage the comparator chip.
