Potentiometer is sensitive
It works, but the adjustment knob is very sensitive. Easy to overshoot the threshold. Good for beginners though.

Good sensor, slight learning curve
Quality is decent for the price. Took me a moment to understand the digital output vs analog pin usage. Otherwise solid build.

Perfect for Arduino Projects

Q: Is there a wiring diagram included?
A: Yes, the package includes a link to our wiki with pinout details and example connections.
Q: Does it output analog values for light intensity?
A: This module provides a digital TTL output. For analog readings, you would need to read the LDR directly without the comparator.
Q: What is the max current for the output pin?
A: The output pin is for signal only. Do not connect high load devices directly to the output pin.
Q: Can I use this module outdoors?
A: The PCB is not waterproof. You must house it in a waterproof enclosure for outdoor use.
Q: Can this module handle 12V input directly?
A: The module operates at 3.3V-5V. For 12V systems, please use a voltage regulator to step down the input.
