The hardware is great but finding the right library took some time. Once working, it's very accurate.

Perfect for my drone build
Works flawlessly with my flight controller. Data is stable and noise is minimal. Highly recommend for DIY robotics.
Q: Is this compatible with 5V Arduino boards?
A: Yes, the module includes a voltage regulator, so it works safely with 5V logic.
Q: Is there a magnetometer included?
A: No, this is a 6-DOF sensor (Gyro + Accelerometer). For 9-DOF, you would need an additional magnetometer.
Q: What is the exact chip on the breakout?
A: This breakout board features the genuine InvenSense MPU6500 chip.
Q: Can I use I2C instead of SPI?
A: Yes, the MPU6500 supports both interfaces. You can select via the AD0 pin.
Q: Does it come with example code?
