Excellent for battery packs
Works exactly as described. Integrated the pulse counting easily with my microcontroller. Accuracy is spot on for my 18650 setup.

Works but needs calibration
Functional module. Had to tweak the sense resistor value in software to get precise readings. Expected plug-and-play accuracy.

Good module, small learning curve
The LTC4150 is a classic chip. This breakout saves time. Only 4 stars because the pinout diagram on the back is a bit faint.

Perfect for off-grid monitoring
Using this to monitor my lithium battery bank. The coulomb counting is much better than just voltage sensing. Very stable.

Reliable current sensing
Been running this on my robot for weeks. No drift observed. Great value for the price compared to building from scratch.
Q: Does it support I2C communication?
A: No, the LTC4150 uses a proprietary 3-wire serial interface, not I2C.
Q: What is the maximum continuous current?
A: Depends on the sense resistor. With the included 0.05Ω, we recommend staying under 5A for heat management.
Q: Can I use an external clock?
A: Yes, there is a pin designated for an external 32.768kHz crystal or clock source.
Q: Is the sense resistor replaceable?
A: Yes, it is a standard 1206 package resistor that can be swapped for different current ranges.
Q: Is this compatible with 3.3V logic?
A: Yes, the module operates comfortably within 3.3V logic levels.
