Reliable motion detection
I bought five of these for a security prototype. All of them functioned correctly out of the box. The trigger mode selection is very useful.

Perfect for Arduino Projects
This sensor works flawlessly with my Arduino Uno. The sensitivity is adjustable which is a huge plus. I used it for an automatic light project and it detects motion reliably.

Exactly as described
Fast shipping and the product matches the description. The voltage range is wide enough for my 12V setup. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Range varies indoors
Works okay, but I found the detection range is shorter indoors compared to the spec sheet. Might be due to walls interfering. Good for small rooms.

Good value but needs calibration
The module is compact and easy to wire. Had to spend some time adjusting the potentiometers to get the range right for my hallway, but once set, it works well.
Q: Is this sensor suitable for outdoor use?
A: While the electronics work outdoors, the module is not weatherproof. We recommend placing it inside a waterproof enclosure if used outside.
Q: Can this module be powered directly by a 5V USB source?
A: Yes, the operating voltage range is DC 4.5V to 20V, so a standard 5V USB power supply is perfectly compatible.
Q: How do I adjust the sensitivity?
A: There is a potentiometer labeled 'S' on the board. Turn it clockwise to increase sensitivity and counter-clockwise to decrease it.
Q: What are the three pins on the output header?
A: The pins are VCC (Power), OUT (Signal Output), and GND (Ground). Please refer to the diagram on the PCB for orientation.
Q: Does it support 3.3V microcontrollers like ESP8266?
A: Yes, the output signal is 3.3V TTL, making it directly compatible with 3.3V logic microcontrollers without level shifters.
