A: Typically, any minor creases from shipping will flatten out within 24 to 48 hours of being laid flat on a desk. Placing heavy objects like books on the corners can speed up this process.

Q: Will this mouse pad slide around on a glass desk?

A: While the natural rubber base provides strong grip on most surfaces like wood, laminate, and plastic, we do not recommend using it on glass surfaces as the suction effect may be reduced. A non-slip mat underneath might be needed for glass desks.
