Great value but heavy
Works exactly as described. The 2500W element brings the oil to temp in minutes. Only downside is the unit is quite heavy when full, so make sure your counter is sturdy.

Reliable workhorse
Been using this for three months in my food truck. The thermostat is accurate, and the included strainer makes filtering oil much easier. Highly recommend for commercial use.

Good but instructions unclear
The fryer itself works well, but the manual was a bit confusing regarding the initial seasoning of the heating tube. Once figured out, it performs nicely.

Solid build quality
The construction feels very durable. The drain valve is a nice touch for changing oil. Deducting one star because the power cord could be a bit longer.
