Perfect starter classical guitar

The Alhambra 1C is an incredible instrument for the price. The solid cedar top gives it a warm, resonant tone that rivals guitars twice its cost. Setup was perfect out of the box.

Exceeded my expectations

Solid choice for intermediates

Bought the 4P for my daughter. She loves the feel of the neck. The only reason for 4 stars is that the strings it came with were a bit stiff, but swapping them fixed that.

Great sound, minor finish issue

A: No, please do not use steel strings. Classical guitars are designed for nylon strings; steel strings create too much tension and can damage the bridge and neck.
