Great quality, easy install

Works well for standard rolls, but if you buy the jumbo commercial rolls, they might be a tight fit. Otherwise, the build quality is good.

A: It adheres best to smooth, non-porous surfaces like tile, glass, or metal. While it can stick to painted drywall, we recommend ensuring the paint is not peeling and waiting 72 hours before hanging weight for maximum hold.

Q: Is the adhesive reusable if I want to move it?

A: The adhesive pads are designed for one-time installation. If you remove the unit, you will need to purchase replacement heavy-duty adhesive strips to reinstall it securely.

Q: Can I use this for oversized toilet paper rolls?

A: This dispenser is designed for standard US toilet paper rolls. Oversized or jumbo rolls may not fit comfortably or allow the lid to close properly.

Q: How do I clean the outside of the box?

A: Simply wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid using abrasive scrubbers or harsh chemicals that could damage the matte finish.

Q: Does the lid stay open when changing the roll?

A: The lid flips up smoothly but does not have a locking mechanism to stay fully open; however, it stays open easily while you swap the roll due to the balanced hinge design.
