Perfect for practicing Regular Script

The mix of wolf and sheep hair provides excellent control. The tip holds its shape well even after multiple dips in ink. Highly recommended for beginners.

A: Yes, please soak the brush head in lukewarm water for about 5-10 minutes to remove the protective glue and soften the hairs before your first use.

Q: How should I clean the brush after using ink?

A: Rinse gently under running water until the water runs clear. Reshape the tip and let it air dry horizontally or hang it with the tip facing down. Never leave it standing on its bristles.

Q: Can these brushes be used for watercolor painting?

A: While primarily designed for calligraphy, the mixed hair composition allows for some wash techniques in traditional Chinese painting, though dedicated painting brushes may offer better water retention for heavy washes.

Q: Does the gift box include ink sticks?
