Excellent smoothness
Installed these on my CNC router axes. The motion is incredibly smooth with no binding. The double seals keep dust out effectively.

Good quality, slight grease excess
Bearings are high quality and move well. Had to wipe off some excess grease before installation, but otherwise no complaints.

Perfect fit for 12mm shaft
Ordered the 12mm version. Fit was precise on my hardened shafts. Flange holes lined up perfectly with my motor mounts.

Great for 3D printer upgrade
Upgraded from standard bushings to these linear bearings. The noise reduction is significant and print quality improved.
Q: What is the temperature range for operation?
A: Standard operation is recommended between 0 to 80 degrees Celsius to maintain seal integrity and lubrication viscosity.
Q: Can these be used in vertical applications?
A: Yes, the double seals help retain lubrication, making them suitable for vertical linear motion setups.
Q: Are the flange mounting holes threaded?
A: No, the flange holes are clearance holes designed for bolts to pass through and secure into your frame.
Q: What shaft tolerance is recommended for these bearings?
A: We recommend using hardened shafts with a tolerance of g6 or h6 for optimal performance and lifespan.
Q: Do I need to add more lubrication upon arrival?
A: No, these come pre-lubricated. However, periodic maintenance is recommended based on usage intensity.
