I upgraded from a beginner model and the difference is night and day. The sustain is incredible, and the pickup system captures every nuance of my fingerstyle playing. Love it!

Beautiful sound and look
The gloss finish looks stunning under stage lights. Acoustically, it projects well in a small room, and when plugged in, the EQ controls let me dial in the perfect tone for any venue.

Exceeded expectations

Great value, minor setup needed
The tone is warm and rich right out of the box. I did have to lower the action slightly at the bridge, but once set up, it plays like a dream. The electronics are very responsive without feedback.

Perfect for live gigs
I bought this for my weekend bar gigs and the amplified sound is crystal clear. The solid top really makes a difference in resonance compared to my old laminate guitar. Highly recommended for performing musicians.

Solid workhorse guitar
Very reliable for touring. It handles temperature changes well and stays in tune. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the included gig bag could be a bit more padded, but the guitar itself is fantastic.
Q: Can I return this if the action is too high for my liking?
A: Absolutely. We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original condition. However, we also provide free setup advice via video call if you prefer to keep the guitar and adjust it yourself.
Q: Does the cutaway affect the acoustic volume of the instrument?
A: While a cutaway removes a small amount of body mass, the solid Sitka spruce top compensates by providing excellent projection. Most players find the trade-off for upper-fret access to be well worth the negligible change in volume.
Q: What type of battery does the active pickup system require?
A: The onboard preamp and EQ system require a standard 9V battery. We recommend using a high-quality alkaline battery for optimal performance and longevity.
Q: Does this guitar come with a hard case or a soft bag?
A: The Brook V12 comes with a high-quality padded gig bag designed for protection during transport. A hard case can be purchased separately from our accessories section.
Q: Is the neck profile suitable for players with smaller hands?
A: Yes, the neck features a slim 'C' profile with a 43mm nut width, which is generally comfortable for players with smaller hands while still providing enough space for complex chord shapes.
