Best investment I've made this year
Upgraded from an entry-level laminate guitar and the difference is night and day. The resonance and sustain are incredible. It stays in tune perfectly even after aggressive strumming. Love the cutaway design for accessing higher frets.

Perfect for fingerstyle playing
I bought this specifically for fingerstyle arrangements and the clarity on the high notes is exceptional. The ebony fretboard feels smooth and fast. The included hard case is a nice bonus and very sturdy.

Yamaha never disappoints
This is my third Yamaha acoustic and they continue to impress. The craftsmanship on the A3R is flawless with no visible glue marks or finish issues. The tone is balanced across all strings. Excellent value for an all-solid wood instrument.

Professional quality straight out of the box
The A3R is absolutely stunning. The solid rosewood back and sides give it a rich, warm tone that projects beautifully. The electronics are crisp and natural sounding when plugged in. Highly recommended for gigging musicians.

Beautiful aesthetics and sound
The gloss finish looks premium and the wood grain is gorgeous. Sound is deep and full. Only giving 4 stars because the strap buttons were not pre-installed, but that was easy to fix. Overall a wonderful instrument for intermediate to advanced players.

Great guitar, minor setup needed
Sound quality is fantastic and the build is solid. I had to lower the action slightly to my preference, but that is common with new guitars. Once set up, it plays like a dream. The SRT2 pickup system is very versatile.
