Great sound, heavy bow balance

The instrument itself is fantastic with rich overtones typical of the Chen family style. I deducted one star only because the included bow felt slightly heavier than what I am used to, but the sound quality makes up for it.

Worth every penny

Upgraded from a student model and the difference is night and day. The responsiveness of the gold G strings allows for much faster ornamentation techniques essential in Zhuiqin music.

Beautiful craftsmanship

I was amazed by the finish on this Zhuihu. The grain of the Nanmu is stunning, and the instrument arrived perfectly set up. The large strings require a bit more finger strength but offer superior volume.

Solid traditional instrument
