Excellent precision for our large industrial fans

Q: Can you balance assembled impellers or do they need to be stripped?
A: We prefer testing assembled impellers to account for fitment variances, provided the assembly is safe to rotate at test speeds. However, we can also balance individual components if required.
Q: What is the maximum speed you can test at?
A: Our current rig supports testing speeds up to 3000 RPM for standard industrial fans. For high-speed applications, please contact us with your specific rotor specifications for a feasibility assessment.
Q: Is the calibration certificate included in the price?
A: Yes, all testing includes a calibrated measurement report traceable to national standards. A formal calibration certificate for the machine itself is available upon special request.
Q: Do you provide pickup and delivery services for the fans?
A: Yes, we can arrange logistics for pickup and delivery within Shandong province. For national shipping, we can coordinate with third-party freight carriers upon request.
Q: How long does the actual testing process take once received?
