Perfect fit for my direct drive setup

Solved my heat creep problems

Good quality but requires careful installation
The build quality is excellent. Just make sure not to overtighten it during installation as the threads are fine. Works great with PLA and PETG.
Q: How do I remove the old heat break if it is stuck?
A: It is best to heat the hotend to around 200°C to loosen any residue before attempting to unscrew the old part. Use a properly sized wrench to avoid stripping the hexagonal nut section.
Q: Does this come with a thermal paste or heatsink compound?
A: No, this package includes only the heat break component. We recommend applying your own thermal paste during installation for optimal heat transfer.
Q: Is this compatible with E3D V6 hotends?
A: This specific model is designed for MK8 direct drive systems. While some V6 setups use M6 threads, the length and geometry may differ, so please verify your specific hotend dimensions before purchasing.
Q: What is the maximum temperature this can withstand?
A: The stainless steel body can withstand high temperatures, but the internal PTFE lining is rated up to approximately 260°C. It is ideal for PLA, PETG, and ABS, but not recommended for high-temperature filaments like Polycarbonate.
Q: Can I use this with flexible filaments like TPU?
A: Yes, the smooth PTFE interior makes it suitable for flexible filaments. The extended length helps prevent grinding and jamming often associated with soft materials.
