Exceptional resonance and depth

Beautiful instrument, needs setup

Worth every penny for a pro instrument
I upgraded from a factory model to this Changxiang viola, and the difference is night and day. The solid wood construction provides incredible stability and tone.
Q: Is the varnish oil-based or spirit-based?
A: We use a traditional hand-rubbed oil varnish that enhances the resonance of the solid wood and protects the instrument while allowing it to breathe.
Q: Can this be used for orchestral auditions?
A: Absolutely. Many of our customers use this model for conservatory entrances and professional orchestra auditions due to its projection and tonal complexity.
