Perfect for my son's PE exam

Bought these for my son's high school entrance physical education test. He said they felt very light and the grip on the track was excellent. He improved his 50m dash time significantly. Great value for students.

Lightweight and fast

These shoes are incredibly light. I used them for my 100m and 200m races last weekend and felt very explosive out of the blocks. The cushioning is minimal, which is expected for sprint spikes.

Excellent entry-level sprint spikes

I recommend these to all my high school athletes who are just starting in track. The 7-spike plate offers a good balance of stability and speed without being too aggressive for beginners.

Good fit but runs slightly narrow

The spikes are sharp and provide great traction. However, if you have wider feet, I recommend going up half a size. Otherwise, the quality is solid for the price point.

Decent but laces could be better

The shoe itself is great for the price, but the included laces are a bit thin and came untied during my warm-up. I replaced them with stronger ones and now they are perfect.

Best budget spikes available

As a college student on a budget, these were a lifesaver. They perform just as well as brands costing twice as much. Very happy with this purchase for our university intramurals.

Q: Can these be worn on concrete or only on tracks?

A: These should only be worn on synthetic tracks or grass. Walking on concrete or asphalt with metal spikes will damage the spikes and the shoe plate, and it is unsafe.

Q: Do these shoes come with the metal spikes installed?

A: Yes, the shoes come with a set of standard metal spikes pre-installed. We also include a small wrench and two extra spikes in the box.

Q: How do I clean the mesh upper after a muddy race?

A: Gently brush off any dried mud with a soft brush. Then, wipe the mesh with a damp cloth and mild soap. Allow them to air dry away from direct heat sources.

Q: Are these suitable for long-distance running like the 1500m?

A: These are designed specifically for sprints (60m to 400m). For distances like 800m or 1500m, we recommend our middle-distance spike models which offer more cushioning.

Q: What is the return policy if the size doesn't fit?

A: We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn items. Please ensure the spikes have not been used on a track surface and the original packaging is intact.
