Smooth and reliable
The metal tip feels durable and provides a smooth glide on Bristol board. I love that I can replace the ink cartridge when it runs dry.

Best pen for inking comics
I switched from disposable fineliners to these Copic Multiliners years ago. The sepia tone adds a great vintage feel to my comic pages.
Q: How do I clean the tip if it gets clogged?
A: You can gently wipe the tip with a soft cloth dampened with water or a specialized pen cleaner. Avoid pressing too hard to prevent damaging the fine metal tip.
Q: Does the brown ink work well with alcohol markers?
A: Absolutely. Since the ink is pigment-based and waterproof, it will not bleed or smear when you layer alcohol markers over it.
Q: What is the difference between SP and SM series?
A: The SP (Single Pen) has a stainless steel tip and an aluminum body suitable for general use. The SM (Metal) series has a heavier brass body and is often preferred for extremely fine lines and heavy-duty use.
Q: Are these pens refillable?
A: Yes, the Copic Multiliner SP series is designed to be refillable with specific Copic ink cartridges, making them eco-friendly and cost-effective.
Q: Can I use this on glossy photo paper?
A: While it works on many surfaces, we recommend testing on a small area first. Glossy surfaces may cause the ink to take longer to dry or potentially smear if touched too soon.
