Good but lid is tight
The filtering works well, but the screw-on lid is very tight when new. It took me a few tries to get it open without slipping. Hopefully, it loosens up with use.

Beautiful and functional
It looks elegant on my desk at work. The glass is thick and clear, allowing me to see the color of the tea as it steeps. Easy to clean too.

Perfect for my morning routine
This infuser is exactly what I needed. The mesh is fine enough to catch even small tea leaves, and the glass feels very sturdy. It keeps my tea hot for a decent amount of time.

Great quality, slightly heavy
The stainless steel construction is top-notch and doesn't rust. My only minor complaint is that it's a bit heavier than my previous plastic infuser, but the durability makes up for it.

Solid purchase
Does exactly what it says. Fits standard tea leaves perfectly. I deducted one star because the instructions were minimal, but it's intuitive enough to figure out.

No more soggy leaves!
I love that I can remove the infuser basket once the tea is brewed to prevent over-steeping. The handle stays cool to the touch, which is a nice safety feature.
Q: What is the diameter of the opening for adding ice?
A: The mouth of the cup has a diameter of approximately 6.5 cm, which is wide enough to add ice cubes or large fruit slices for iced tea.
Q: Does the infuser basket have a hook to hang on the rim?
A: No, this design uses a drop-in basket that sits inside the cup. The lid secures the basket in place when screwed on.
Q: Is the silicone seal removable for cleaning?
A: Yes, the silicone gasket inside the lid is removable so you can clean underneath it and prevent mold or residue buildup.
Q: Can I use this cup in the microwave?
A: While the glass is heat resistant, we do not recommend microwaving the entire unit because of the stainless steel infuser basket and metal accents in the lid.
Q: Is the glass body double-walled for insulation?
A: No, this model features a single-wall borosilicate glass design for clarity and heat resistance, but it is not double-walled.
