The customization process was smooth. The only reason for 4 stars is that shipping took a day longer than expected, but the product quality is top-notch.
Q: Will this tag damage delicate fabrics if ironed?
A: These tags are designed for sturdy uniform materials like polyester and cotton blends. We do not recommend using them on silk or very delicate fabrics.
Q: Can I update the QR code later if my information changes?
A: No, the QR code is printed directly onto the cloth during production. You would need to order a new tag for updated information.
Q: Is the 'Flame Blue' color consistent across different batches?
A: Yes, we use standardized dye lots to ensure color consistency. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings when viewing online.
Q: What temperature setting should I use for the iron-on application?
A: We recommend using the cotton or highest heat setting on your iron without steam. Press firmly for 30-45 seconds for best adhesion.
