Durable for daily use

Solid stand, heavy base needed
The stand itself is great, but I recommend using it with the weighted base rather than just the clamp if you have a glass desk. Very smooth adjustment mechanisms.

Stable and sleek

Great value, minor assembly quirks

Essential gear for podcasters
The cable management clips are a nice touch that keeps my desk tidy. The boom arm extends far enough to get the mic close to my mouth while keeping the base out of the way.
Q: How much does the arm sag when fully extended?
A: When tightened properly, the friction joints hold the position well for microphones under 2 lbs. For heavier mics, we recommend checking the tension knobs weekly.
Q: Will this fit a Blue Yeti microphone?
A: Yes, this stand features a standard 5/8"-27 thread which is compatible with the Blue Yeti and most other standard desktop microphones.
Q: Is the finish prone to scratching?
A: The matte black powder coat finish is designed to be durable and resistant to minor scratches, though care should be taken when adjusting near hard objects.
Q: Can I fold this completely flat for travel?
A: Yes, the tri-fold design allows the legs to collapse inward, making it very compact for transport in a gear bag or backpack.
Q: Does this come with a desk clamp or just a flat base?
A: The package includes a universal desk clamp adapter. A separate weighted round base can be purchased additionally if you prefer not to clamp it to your desk.
