Helped with meniscus recovery
My doctor recommended a patellar strap for my minor meniscus issue. This Lining model is high quality and has helped reduce strain while I rebuild my strength.

Good value for money
Does exactly what it says. Not too bulky, easy to put on by yourself. The sizing is truly one-size-fits-most as advertised.

Comfortable and discreet
Fits easily under pants or leggings. I wear it all day at work when my knees feel stiff, and nobody even notices I'm wearing it. Very comfortable material.

Great support for badminton
Use this specifically for badminton matches. The lateral movements don't make it slip. Took one star off because the velcro can be a bit loud when adjusting mid-game.

Durable construction
I've been using this daily for three months now, washing it regularly, and the elastic hasn't lost its snap. Highly recommend for active individuals.

Perfect for my morning runs
I started experiencing knee pain during long runs, and this strap has been a game changer. It stays in place and provides just the right amount of compression without cutting off circulation.
Q: Can this be worn over clothing or does it need to be against the skin?
A: For best results and to prevent slipping, we recommend wearing the strap directly against your skin or over thin compression leggings.
Q: Is this suitable for someone with a very large calf circumference?
A: The strap is adjustable and designed to fit most leg sizes. However, if your calf circumference exceeds 22 inches, please contact us for specific sizing advice.
Q: Will this help with jumper's knee?
A: Yes, patellar straps are commonly used to alleviate symptoms associated with patellar tendinitis, often referred to as jumper's knee, by reducing strain on the tendon.
Q: Does this come in a pair or just one strap?
A: This product is sold as a single unit. If you require support for both knees, please purchase two quantities.
Q: How do I clean the knee strap?
A: You should hand wash the strap in cold water with mild detergent and let it air dry. Do not machine wash or tumble dry as this may damage the elastic.
