Helped recover from minor sprain
After a minor wrist twist during yoga, my physiotherapist suggested a supportive sleeve. This one is breathable and comfortable enough to wear all day while still providing the necessary fixation.

Perfect for my badminton games
I recently started playing badminton more frequently and noticed some wrist strain. This Li-Ning sleeve provides excellent compression without cutting off circulation. It stays in place even during intense rallies.

Comfortable for daily wear
I use this for typing and general office work to prevent tenosynovitis flare-ups. It's thin enough to fit under a long-sleeve shirt but thick enough to offer real support. Very satisfied.

Great value for money
Li-Ning never disappoints. The stitching is strong, and the elasticity hasn't faded after multiple washes. It absorbs sweat well, keeping my grip secure on the racket handle.

Excellent stability for tennis
My wrist used to hurt after serving in tennis. Since using this strap, the pain has significantly reduced. The fixed joint design really helps maintain proper alignment during swings.

Good support, runs slightly small
The quality is great and the material feels durable. However, I found it runs a bit small, so I recommend sizing up if you have larger wrists. Otherwise, it offers solid stability for weightlifting.
Q: Is this suitable for left or right hand?
A: Yes, the design is symmetrical and universal, making it perfectly suitable for use on either the left or right wrist.
Q: Does this help with carpal tunnel syndrome?
A: This sleeve provides compression and support which may alleviate mild discomfort associated with repetitive strain. However, it is not a medical device specifically designed to treat carpal tunnel syndrome; please consult a healthcare professional for medical advice.
Q: How do I determine the correct size?
A: Please measure the circumference of your wrist just below the wrist bone. Refer to our size chart in the product images: S (14-16cm), M (16-18cm), L (18-20cm), XL (20-22cm).
Q: Can this be worn while sleeping?
A: While it is comfortable, we generally recommend wearing it during physical activities or daytime hours for support. Please consult your doctor before wearing any compression gear while sleeping.
Q: Can I machine wash this item?
A: To preserve the elasticity and longevity of the material, we strongly recommend hand washing with mild detergent and air drying. Machine washing may damage the fibers over time.
