The material feels durable and breathable. I ordered a large based on the chart, but it was a bit tight. I'd recommend sizing up if you have larger wrists.

Solid support for gym sessions
I use this for heavy bench presses to keep my wrists straight. It holds up well under pressure. Only wish it came in more colors.
