Good but not for heavy rock
Nice cymbal, but if you are looking for something to cut through distorted guitars in a metal band, this might be a bit too subtle. Great for lighter genres though.

Authentic Beijing sound
As someone who grew up playing traditional percussion, these cymbals have that authentic resonant quality. The bronze material feels premium.

Perfect accent for my jazz kit
The sound is incredibly crisp and cuts through the mix without being too harsh. The decay is fast, which is exactly what I needed for quick accents.

Solid value for money
For the price point, the quality is exceptional. The finish looks great and the sound is consistent across the different sizes I ordered.

Studio favorite
These record beautifully. The overtones are musical and controlled. I use the 8-inch version on almost every session now for texture.

Great for school Orff sets
Bought a set of small sizes for our elementary music program. They are durable and produce a nice clear tone that students love. Slightly expensive but worth it.
Q: Is the 6-inch size too quiet for live performance?
A: The 6-inch is quite focused and best for intimate settings or mic'd stages. For loud live environments without microphones, we recommend the 10-inch or larger.
Q: Can I mount this on a standard hi-hat stand?
A: Yes, as long as the stand has a standard clutch and the cymbal size fits the stem height, it will work perfectly.
Q: What is the difference between the 'Water' and 'Splash' models?
A: In this context, 'Water Cymbal' is a traditional name often used interchangeably with small splash cymbals that have a quick, splashing decay similar to water droplets.
Q: How do I clean the gold lacquer finish?
A: Simply wipe with a soft, dry cloth after use. Avoid chemical polishes as they can damage the lacquer coating.
Q: Does this come with a protective bag?
A: No, the cymbals are shipped securely in padded packaging, but a separate gig bag is not included.
