Solid performance
Works great for my aquarium refill system. The sensitivity is good, though I had to adjust the probe spacing slightly to prevent rapid cycling. Overall, a solid purchase for DIY projects.

Perfect for my rainwater tank
This module works exactly as described. I installed it on my garden rainwater collection tank, and the automatic pumping feature saves me so much time. The stainless steel probes seem very durable against rust.

Reliable automation solution

Saved my basement from flooding
Installed this to control a backup pump. It kicked in immediately during the last heavy storm. The 10A rating is sufficient for most standard residential pumps. Highly recommended for peace of mind.

Easy installation

Good value but instructions could be clearer
The device functions well once you figure out the wiring diagram. It successfully controls my sump pump in the basement. I deducted one star because the manual was a bit vague on the terminal definitions, but online videos helped.
Q: Does this work with saltwater pools?
A: While the probes are made of Stainless Steel 304, prolonged exposure to high-salinity water may eventually cause corrosion. For saltwater applications, we recommend checking the probes regularly or using Titanium probes if available for your specific model.
Q: Can I use this for dirty water with sediment?
A: Yes, it can be used for dirty water. However, heavy sediment buildup on the probes might affect conductivity over time. We suggest cleaning the probes periodically to ensure accurate level detection.
Q: Is the probe cable long enough for a 3-meter deep tank?
A: The standard cable length is 2 meters. However, the terminals allow you to extend the wires using standard waterproof junction methods or by purchasing our optional extension cable kits separately.
Q: Can this controller handle a 1HP submersible pump?
A: This module supports up to 10A at 12V. A 1HP pump typically draws significantly more current. We recommend using this controller to trigger a larger external contactor or relay that can handle the higher load of a 1HP motor.
Q: What happens if the power goes out and comes back on?
A: The module has a memory-free design. When power is restored, it will immediately read the current water level via the probes and activate or deactivate the pump accordingly based on the real-time status.
