Solid performance
Works well integrated into my custom ESP8266 weather station. Calibration was minimal. Deducting one star because the pin header wasn't included.

Great for learning sensors
Bought this for a university project. Documentation was clear enough to get it working quickly. No issues with noise on the signal line.

Bulk order success
Ordered ten units for our makerspace. All of them worked out of the box. Consistent readings across all modules.

Perfect for Arduino Projects
This sensor works flawlessly with my Arduino Uno. The 0-3V output is very stable and easy to read with the analog pins. Great value for the price.

Good accuracy for home greenhouse
I used this to monitor my small indoor greenhouse. It seems accurate when compared to my standalone thermometer. Only wish the cables were a bit longer.
Q: How often should I calibrate this sensor?
A: The sensor comes pre-calibrated. For most applications, annual calibration is sufficient unless extreme conditions affect its performance.
Q: Can this sensor be connected directly to a 5V microcontroller?
A: Yes, the module operates on 3.3V to 5V DC, so it is fully compatible with 5V microcontrollers like the Arduino Uno.
Q: What is the maximum distance I can place the sensor from the MCU?
A: For analog signals, we recommend keeping the wire length under 1 meter to prevent signal degradation and noise interference.
Q: Is this sensor waterproof?
A: The sensing element has some resistance to humidity, but the PCB itself is not waterproof. Please house it in a ventilated enclosure for outdoor use.
Q: Does this require an external library to function?
A: No, since it outputs an analog voltage, you only need to use the standard analogRead() function in your code; no specific library is required.
