Great for learning embedded systems

Good sensitivity, clear instructions needed
The hardware is solid and responds quickly to touch. However, beginners might need to look up a tutorial to understand how to tune the potentiometer correctly. Once set up, it's very reliable.

Works well but sensitive to noise
The module works as advertised. I noticed it can be slightly sensitive to electrical noise if wires are too long, but adding a small capacitor fixed the issue. Good product overall.

Perfect for DIY Projects
This touch sensor module works flawlessly with my Arduino Uno. The sensitivity adjustment pot makes it very easy to calibrate for different surface materials. Great value for the price.
Q: Can this module detect touch through a glass panel?
A: Yes, capacitive touch sensors like this one can typically detect touch through non-conductive materials such as glass or plastic, provided the material is not too thick (usually under 5mm). You may need to adjust the sensitivity potentiometer.
Q: Is there an analog output available?
A: This specific model features a digital output (DO) only. If you require an analog reading of the capacitance change, please look for our 'Analog Capacitive Touch Sensor' variant.
Q: Does this come with connecting wires?
A: No, the package includes only the PCB module. You will need to purchase jumper wires separately to connect it to your microcontroller.
Q: How do I adjust the sensitivity?
A: Locate the blue potentiometer on the back of the PCB. Use a small screwdriver to turn it clockwise to increase sensitivity or counter-clockwise to decrease it. Test after each small adjustment.
Q: What is the maximum current this module can switch?
