Great accuracy, slow shipping
The sensor readings match our calibrated lab equipment very closely. The waterproofing holds up well in high humidity. Only downside was the delivery took longer than expected.

Good sensor, confusing pinout diagram
The sensor itself works fine once connected, but the pinout diagram in the manual was slightly unclear for the SHTC3 variant. Had to test pins manually.

Best waterproof probe in this price range
Superior performance compared to plastic housed sensors we used previously. The response time is quick and the data is consistent across multiple units.
Q: Is this compatible with Raspberry Pi GPIO?
A: Yes, as long as your Raspberry Pi has I2C enabled, this sensor will work perfectly with 3.3V logic levels.
Q: Can the cable be extended beyond 1 meter?
A: Yes, you can extend the cable, but for I2C stability over long distances, we recommend using shielded twisted pair cables and keeping the total length under 5 meters.
Q: What is the difference between SHT40 and SHT30 models?
A: The SHT40 offers slightly higher accuracy and faster response times compared to the SHT30, though both share the same form factor and interface.
