Great accuracy, long cable is a plus

Perfect for my weather station project
The stainless steel probe is very durable and the I2C communication was easy to set up with my Arduino. Readings are consistent and match my calibrated reference meter.

Reliable SHT40 performance
Upgraded from an older DHT sensor and the difference in speed and accuracy is night and day. The metal probe handles condensation well without corrosion.
Q: Does this come with a library for ESP32?
A: We do not provide a proprietary library, but this sensor is fully supported by the popular 'Adafruit SHT31' or 'SparkFun SHTC3' libraries available in the Arduino IDE manager, which work perfectly with ESP32.
Q: How long is the warranty period?
A: This product comes with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
Q: Is this compatible with Raspberry Pi GPIO pins?
A: Yes, the module operates at 3.3V logic levels which are directly compatible with Raspberry Pi GPIO. Ensure you connect VCC to 3.3V and use pull-up resistors on SDA and SCL lines.
Q: Can the stainless steel probe be submerged in water?
A: The probe is designed for high-humidity environments and can handle condensation, but it is not IP68 rated for continuous submersion in liquids. Please avoid fully immersing the electronics end.
Q: What is the default I2C address?
A: The default I2C address is typically 0x44. Some batches may also respond to 0x45 depending on the specific chip configuration. You can scan the bus to confirm.
