Solid performance for R&D
Using this for our research department's prototype testing. The high precision allows us to detect minute pressure changes. Documentation could be more detailed regarding wiring diagrams, but the sensor itself works flawlessly.

Perfect for aggressive media
We needed something that could handle aggressive hydraulic fluids where standard stainless steel fails. This titanium alloy module is the perfect solution. Zero degradation after three months of continuous operation.

Great sensor, slightly long lead time
The product quality is outstanding. The sapphire element handles high-pressure spikes without any drift. Only giving 4 stars because the custom calibration took a bit longer than expected, but it was worth the wait.

Exceptional stability in harsh environments
We installed these sensors in our hydraulic testing rig six months ago. The titanium housing has resisted corrosion perfectly, and the sapphire core provides incredibly stable readings even with temperature fluctuations.

Robust and reliable
Installed on our gas compression units. The vibration resistance is impressive, and the signal remains steady. The build quality feels very premium compared to other industrial sensors we have used.
Q: How often does this sensor need recalibration?
A: Due to the high stability of the sapphire core, we recommend an annual calibration check for critical applications, though many users find the drift negligible over 2-3 years.
Q: Can this be used in sub-zero temperatures?
A: Absolutely. The operating temperature range is specified from -40°C to +125°C, making it suitable for cold chain logistics or outdoor winter applications.
Q: Does the 4-20mA output require an external power supply?
A: Yes, this is a two-wire loop-powered device. It requires a DC supply voltage typically between 12V and 36V depending on the load resistance.
Q: What is the thread size for the pressure port?
A: The standard configuration comes with a G1/4" thread, but we can customize it to NPT 1/4" or M20x1.5 upon request during the ordering process.
Q: Is this sensor suitable for measuring oxygen gas pressure?
A: Yes, the sapphire sensing element and titanium alloy housing are fully compatible with oxygen and other aggressive gases, provided the pressure range matches your requirements.
